We are searching for energetic and seasoned leaders to be part of our management team, people who like to work in a fast paced environment, are passionate about food, care about people and strive to provide the best experience for their guests.General Managers should have a mininum of 5 (five) years restaurant management with kitchen supervisory experience, strong leadershipand financial skills, be guest focused and proficient in culinary operations.
The restaurant manager is responsible for all front of the house (FOH) functions on an opening, mid, or closing shift, including guest relations, supervision od all FOH staff. The managers ensures that that the shift is run in a smooth manner and attends to any unexpected problems or emergiencies that may arise. Responsibilities include development of all hourly staff, ability to attain financial goals associated with budgets, cost controls, and P&L and utimately ensuring our daily shift execution produces outstanding guest service.
Assistant managers are responsible for assisting in the management and operation of the restaurant,, ensuring the quality and the service standards are being met. Some of the essential functions include but are not limited to supervising the dining room to ensure the greeting of each guest, hight quality of service and unbeatable guest satisfaction, constantly inspecting the restaurant for cleanliness, food quality, service, delivery and safety procedures. In addition compete sdministrative reports are necessary, also assisting with any station in the restaurant that requires help to respond to guest complaints in a professional manner.
