Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Speak with customers who have previously received a quote (i.e. online)
  • Connect customers who have expressed interest in our product with licensed sales representatives
  • Being an on phone advertiser for National General.

Minimum Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to communicate effectively through verbal and electronic means
  • Ability to manage time and stay organized
  • Capable of working by oneself and with teammates
  • Willingness and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient or willing to become proficient with computers and programs involved with contacting customers.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
  • Sales experience in any capacity
  • If a candidate does not have sales experience, willingness to adapt to a sales environment.
