About this Role:

We are looking for a team-player to manage Payroll and Benefits administration. This individual will be an active member of our Human Resources Team and will provide knowledge and assistance to employees company-wide.

Job Duties:

Payroll Administration

  • Work directly with payroll provider to ensure accuracy in payroll processing
  • Data entry in support of new hires, terminations and status changes
  • Handle payroll related questions
  • Resolve payroll related problems/issues
  • Track PTO/Vacation, employment verifications and payroll garnishments
  • Administer and track Leave of Absences (i.e. COBRA, FMLA, Medical, USERRA, etc.)
  • Organize and maintain employee information

Benefits Administration

  • Annual Renewal/Open Enrollment
  • 401(k)

  • 1-3 years of experience in payroll and/or benefits
  • Restaurant experience preferred but not required
