The Bookkeeper is responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable, payment of expenses, processing of employee payroll, bank reconciliations, the generation of accurate and timely financial statements and working with COO on special projects
3 Years Bookkeeping experience
2 Years QuickBooks experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
POS Software experience
Strong analytical and research skills
Excessive attention to detail and accuracy
Prepare invoices for all clients in accordance with the established billing cycle.
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
Prepare a monthly report on overdue accounts.
Reconcile bank accounts on a monthly basis.
Prepare and process the payroll.
Classify, record and summarize the financial data to compile and keep financial records.
Prepare month financial statements and reports.
Maintain the petty cash fund and log
Follow accounting policies and procedures
Great communucation skills with clients and staff members
