Overview 

As a Food Runner at Felix, you are responsible for ensuring that each dining  space is pristinely set and welcoming for each guest as they arrive to  their table. This is a multi-faceted role, as you are not only tending  to tables, clearing and resetting them in a timely manner, but you are  also integral in stocking the elements necessary for service including  tableware and cutlery. You will support the service team in the pursuit  of one common goal; that every guest leaves happy.

The Scope of the Role and Responsibilities as as follows:

· Memorize all the ingredients for all our menu items

· Assist in running food to the correct table/seat

· Ability to clearly describe the food to our guests

· Set up and close floor before and after service

· Follow Health and Safety Standards when handling food 

· Attend regularly scheduled training meetings to develop       knowledge and skills

· Support Service team throughout service
