LA Times J. Gold 101 Best Restaurant seeking experienced, motivated and eager-to-learn line cooks (minimum 2 years fine dining) knowledgeable in fine dining food.
Must have open availability including Saturday and Sunday brunch shifts. There may be a few weekday night shifts offered as well for the candidate who can fulfill the brunch shifts. Food Handler's Certificate required.
