Belly Bombz - Food Truck Driver

Belly Bombz is looking for a qualified candidate to run a well-organized food truck (2)
We have two food trucks and a restaurant and we will also be expanding into festival tent operations.
Below are some of the details:
-Food Truck cooks will be running the daily operations on the fryer station as well as the flat top.
-Food Truck Manager will have the option to work 4 or 5 days.
-We have a separate Kitchen who will do majority of the prep work for the truck.
-Pay is hourly with overtime so that we do not take advantage of salaried employees.
-Get to know every corner of Southern California and it's festivals.
-Simple Menu designed for quick service
-Cooks starting pay at $10.50 plus tips
-Manager/Driver starting pay at $11.50 plus tips
-Minimum (2) Years of Cooking Experience
-Minimum (1) Year of Management Experience
-Knowledge and experience in keeping inventory
-Serv Safe Certificate
-Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
-Preferred Driving Experience with UPS sized trucks but not required. Must be willing to learn.
-Customer Service Orientated
-Great Team Player
-Must work at a fast pace
-Flexibility in accepting last minute changes to the schedule as industry requires.
-Honesty and transparency
-Good communication skills to keep the management team in the loops with operations
