The Executive Housekeeper's primary responsibility is to achieve the highest quality of cleanliness for the hotel by directing and coordinating the housekeeping operation in accordance with the standards and policies of the Luxe Rodeo Drive Hotel. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized team player with a passion for hospitality!

Minimum requirements:  

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Bi-Lingual Required; with a command of both the English and Spanish language to communicate effectively with Guests, Hotel Staff, and key Senior Managers.  

  • 2 years of Front Office or Housekeeping Management experience in a hotel environment

  • Prior Front Office and/or Housekeeping Leadership Experience

  • A background working and an exposure in a union environment setting is a plus

  • Familiarity using hotel information systems; such as Opera a plus
