o Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent Â Â with the mission of Frida Restaurant.
o Wash Â Â dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using a dishwashers or by hand.
o Keep Â Â dishwasher clean and immediately report any functional or mechanical problems Â Â to the Kitchen Manager.
o Monitor Â Â dishwasher water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
o Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or Â Â utensils in clean and orderly condition.
o Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking Â Â equipment in storage areas.
o Maintain Â Â adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
o Maintain Â Â adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
o Sort and remove trash, placing it in Â Â designated pickup areas.
o Sweep or scrub floors.
o Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in Â Â serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
o Clean Â Â food preparation and production areas as required.
o Receive and store supplies.
o Clean garbage cans with water or steam.
o Transfer supplies or equipment between storage Â Â and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks.
o Handle Â Â tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
o Attend all scheduled employee meetings and Â Â offers suggestions for improvement.
o Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to Â Â meet guestsÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ needs and support the operation of the restaurant.
o Fill-in for fellow employees where needed to Â Â ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
o Able to work in a hot, wet, humid, and loud Â Â environment for long periods of time.
o Able to work in a standing position for long Â Â periods of time (up to 5 hours)
o Able to lift, reach, bend and stoop
o Able to Â Â safely lift bags, cases and stacks weighing up to 60 pounds up to 30 times Â Â per shift.
