Position / Requirements:
2-4 years of upscale restaurant experience.
Manager Food Handler certified
Knowledgeable with Labor Laws, Health Codes, Safety, Food Handling and Sanitation
Building Sales via Pearl’s Rooftop branding and culture
Knowledge of financials: P&L’s, Budgets,
Experience with Aloha POS systems and restaurant operations
Professional & polished appearance and demeanor
Positive attitude, social, fun character, problem solver
Leadership skills and ability to motivate staff
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
-All applicants must have a presentable & professional appearance.
