Responsibilities:  • Ensure a seamless guest experience • Prepare table for service • Act as the food and wine tour guide • Possess thorough knowledge of food and beverage menu • Serve food, wine and beverages • Oversee all aspects of table service • Accurate input of order in POS system  • Reconcile checks • Clear and reset tables • Perform opening and closing side work Qualifications: • Knowledge of food presentation, ingredients and preparation • Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as a server in a comparable restaurant • Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
