James Beard award winning Suzanne Goin (Who's Who of Food & Beverage in America 2017, Outstanding Chef 2016) & Caroline Styne (Outstanding Restaurateur 2017) seek dynamic individuals for exciting new project with Proper Hotel DTLA. Additional opportunities available as well with Lucques Group. We are looking for candidates who are energetic, charismatic, organized, detail oriented and a well rounded General Manager, with at least 3 years of fine dining managerial experience. Must possess strong food and wine knowledge.

Seeking individuals who possess a strong work ethic, reliable, responsible and able to handle multiple priorities. Must work well in fast-paced environment, be a strong leader, work well as part of a team and genuinely enjoy the hospitality business.

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of front of house operations; Invoicing, scheduling, payroll, R&M and P&L.
Seeking an individual with strong maître d’ skills on the floor, wine knowledge, and hotel experience. Experience in a chef driven restaurant a huge plus. Must be warm, welcoming, driven and organized!
