The main responsibility of a Host is to set the tone for an entire experience by conveying the warm, friendly, genuine, and professional attitude required by our guests to ensure repeat business. Greeting and seating our guests is just a small function in the bigger picture as described above.
High performing Host are selected for advancement into either a Lead Host position or trained to handle Take-Out orders.
