We are looking for a web chat customer service representative thats enthusiastic, truly service driven and a great communicator. Mainly to handle our online enquires and be the natual voice of the company.
Location: Office Based
This role entails:
- Convert inquiries into bookings and new clients, ensuring that consumer questions are handled professionally and in a timely manner
- Respond to incoming emails and live customer web chats from the website, in line with training and service guidelines.
- Know all our products and services inside and out to confidently upsell where necessary
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every web chat to achieve above average service.
- Must be knowledable on all Book National proceses from events opps and comms to venue relationship management
- Able to work well under pressure while maintaining good standards
- Previous experience in sales and customer service
- Strong and professional negotiation skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- IT literate with previous experience of MS Office
- Experience working on live web chat would be desirable
- Strong organizational skills - can you multi-task?
- Customer focused with the goal to deliver a great experience
- Creative approach to challenges
- Track record in working with and exceeding targets
