Dos Toros is looking for a Receptionist/Office Manager to support our growing Support Center! The Receptionist/Office Manager will work closely with all departments ensuring that the office runs smoothly and is set up to function in a way that supports all. The Receptionist/Office Manager will also be in charge of all conference room bookings/setup/breakdown, travel logistics, cleanup and set up of office in general, purchasing of supplies and uniforms/swag, and help in a variety of ways to ensure Dos Toros Support Team is set up for success. Most important quality is energy/attitude! Really looking for someone that is super friendly/bubbly, and is all about how they can support the team. 

 Primary Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities for the Receptionist/Office Manager include, but are not limited to:

Office:

-Greet every visitor to the office, setting them up in a conference room, offering beverages, and generally ensuring that they are taken care of

-Manage meeting room calendars/setup-breakdown

-Order/maintain/organize office supplies

-Order/maintain kitchen pantry-snacks

-Manage WB Mason account for all management

-Login credentials/expense allocations, etc

-Recipe books-manage printing for both NY/Chicago

-Day of Service projects

-Employee experience-birthdays, office/holiday events

-Maintain store and organizational chart

Finance:

-End of month reporting: Petty Cash reconciliation, uniform inventory, swag/e-commerce inventory, WB Mason allocation

Facility/Development:

-Assist with courier service needs

Human Resources:

 -Manage paychecks weekly for NY and Chicago

 -Assist in onboarding new hires: uniform bag setup

-Swag ordering/allocations/purchasing

-Ordering Shoes for Crews

-Payroll deductions

Marketing:    

-Managing swag items/inventory/new product items

-E-Commers: handling all shipping of merchandise

Travel/Accommodations:

-Scheduling and booking all flights and accommodations for business trips

New Restaurant Openings:

-Provide all signage/uniforms

-Ensuring orientation packets are ready to go

 -Ensuring signage package is ready prior to setup

Job Skills and Requirements:

-Is expected to work between 45 hours per week, typically 8:30am-5:30pm.

-This position may require prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing up to 40 pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist motion.

-Must have amazing communicate skills in the common language, both written and verbal

-Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

-Must show genuine warmth and a desire to be a resource for all

-Willingly takes on other tasks not limited to the above as needed, to support the support team and company at large.

Background:

-Office Manager/receptionist for staff of at least 35

-Restaurant/hospitality experience
