Accounts Payable / Receivable Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Full Cycle Bookkeeping
  • Manage all aspects of A/R, A/P and Billing
  • Accounts Payable will encompass the processing of all accounts payable transactions including bills, credit card charges and invoicing client bills, ensuring accuracy of each bill and proper classification
  • Accounts Receivable will encompass the accurate posting and classification of the daily receivable transactions, preparing deposit slips when needed, and maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of each day’s transactions
  • Handling all payroll information and utilizing PayChex for payroll services
  • Coding of invoices and posting in GL system
  • General Ledger maintenance
  • Recording Income and deposits
  • Preparing and reconciling financial statements
  • Monthly financial reports for management
  • Perform other general office duties as needed
  • Assist in all areas of operation as requested by management
  • Withholding and filing taxes 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • 3-5 Years experience in bookkeeping with an academic background in either finance, accounting or business management
  • Quickbooks Certified
  • Experience with ERP
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel)
  • Must have excellent follow-up and tracking skills
  • Time management, communication, & attention to detail
  • Knowledge reporting sales tax
  • Ability to interface with multiple levels of leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with regard to customer information and employee records
