Leading Tech company in Glendale looking to hire Full-Time and Part-Time employees for our Customer Support Department.
Responsibilities and expectations include, but not limited to;
Provide superior service via-phone, e-mail and electronic tickets.
Answering inquiries for merchants.
Resolve products and service issues, in a timely matter.
Follow-up with customer requests.
Provide support for mobile applications.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrate and apply problem-solving skills
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
We are open 24/7 and currently hiring for multiple shifts.
No experience necessary. Training will be provided to you as a tool to strengthen and assure daily successful service.
