The Assisted Living Manager is responsible for the daily operation of assigned Assisted Living program. Implements Glencroft established resident care policies, personnel policies and other operational policies and procedures necessary to remain in compliance with required laws, regulations and guidelines. Maintains and obtains information for current files on all assisted living residents, including emergency information.
The ideal candidate will hold a NCIA Board Assisted Living Facility Manager license and possess a current RN or LPN license. Minimum of one year of experience providing health-related services, preferably in a senior living community setting. Must possess excellent human relations and communication skills. Must also have the ability to address multiple projects, demands and issues in a busy operating environment.
