USAePay is looking to hire Full-Time and Part-Time customer support representatives in the city of Glendale. 

We are seeking candidates responsible for answering inquiries of our customers over the phone and/or e-mail. 

We are an enjoyable and interactive 24/7 inbound call center with various shifts and flexible hours available. No call center experience necessary.


Skills and qualifications needed, but not limited to, include;

-Maintain call center database
-Keeps equipment operational by reporting malfunctions
-Updates job knowledge and security by participating in educational opportunities provided by the company
-Must be customer focused
-Excellent listening, verbal communication and telephone skills
-Tech Savvy - Knowledgable with Cellular phones and tablets
-Excellent people skills
-Excellent Multi-tasking and Problem solving traits
-Must have the ability to resolve merchant's problems by clarifying issues over the phone while researching and exploring answers, alternative solutions and implementing solutions.
