USAePay is looking to hire customer support representatives responsible for answering inquiries of our customers over the phone and/or e-mail.
We are an interactive 24/7 inbound call center with
- various shifts, Full-time and Part Time available
- flexible hours available
All schedules range within your available time and run from Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday- Saturday.
Our goal is for our representatives to ensure the satisfaction of the customer while working in a great team environment.
No call center experience necessary, paid training is provided.
Skills and qualifications needed, but not limited to, include;
-Must be customer focused
-Excellent listening, verbal communication and telephone skills
-Tech Savvy - Knowledgable with Cellular phones and tablets
-Excellent people skills
-Excellent Multi-tasking and Problem solving traits
-Must have the ability to resolve merchant's problems by clarifying issues over the phone while researching and exploring answers, alternative solutions and implementing solutions.-Maintain call center database
-Keeps equipment operational by reporting malfunctions
-Updates job knowledge and security by participating in educational opportunities provided by the company
