You will be one of the first 10 hires in our customer service team! Our company is growing quickly, and we are building a customer care team. In this role, you will be the voice of HyreCar, building customer loyalty, solving problems, and connecting people. No matter what the channel (email, phone, chat, or social media) we aim to deliver service that goes above and beyond, and we need you to make it happen. This is a part-time job, but it has the opportunity to grow into full-time and other roles.

Requirements and skills:
1+ years in customer service or hospitality
Experience handling large volumes of requests
Experience working with a team
Flexibility and adaptability
A great sense of humor and the ability to smile through difficult situations
Fluent English, Spanish a plus

We are pioneering the bridge between car-sharing and ride-sharing and fostering opportunity where it was previously unavailable. We connect rideshare drivers (Uber/Lyft/Postmates/Caviar/Doordash) to cars owners, allowing those who don't have a car or whose car doesn't meet the requirements to get into a car quickly and start working, while car owners can earn money on idle assets.
