Professional Store Manager with extensive experience wanted for one of our Two Guns locations. This position is available to those Managers who have experience in a busy operation with many moving parts. They should have experience working in an operation with strict standards while possessing strong organizational skills, with strict attention to detail.

Store Managers help oversee the operations of the entire store by supporting the kitchen team and FOH team. They make sure that the store is operating to standard on all capacities including meeting OSHA regulations. They are also responsible for implementing and conducting training for all new hires. This requires open availability for scheduling, based on the demands of the business. 

Along with this, they ensure cash handling procedures are met, cleanliness is to standard, a “make your day" attitude is consistently prevalent throughout the entire team, and they lead the team in cultivating a “make your day" culture within the store. Along with these responsibilities, Store Managers will integrate the following expectations: Making the cafe more profitable, more popular, while building their team.
