We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to provide excellent customer service and to promote a customer-centric approach throughout the company. Our ideal candidate will focus on all aspects of customer care and satisfaction as well as the supervision of our hard-working Customer Service Representatives.

Responsibilities and Duties:

➜ Enhance customer service experience, facilitate organic growth, and  create engaged customers 

➜ Establish and support all customer service policies and procedures

➜ Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions

➜ Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement

➜ Train and supervise new customer service agents

➜ Evaluate agent and representative performance

Qualifications and Skills:

➜ Associate Degree from a University or College 

➜ Experience in providing customer service support

➜ Supervisory or management experience in Customer Service  

➜ Exceptional Skills in Microsoft Office    

➜ Positive energy and able to work well with a team

➜ Goal focused and results-oriented

➜ Highly detail-oriented
