Leads are primarily responsible for driving our guest experience and service standards on the sales floor with an undivided focus on our guests. The Sales Lead authentically and graciously welcome, engage, educate, style and assist our guests, curating a positive brand experience for everyone. The position is multifaceted and calls for attentiveness with the ability to identify and act on opportunities to increase guest satisfaction while maintaining the store flow. Partner with the Store Management in driving and motivating the team to achieve and exceed store sales and KPI goals, guest relation goals, visual merchandising standards and other operational excellence objectives. The Sales Lead must consistently demonstrate effective communication skills with guests, staff, management and our corporate partners creating a welcoming, communal store experience and a productive team work environment. Perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with store standards. Open and close the store, POS system, cash drawers, etc. in absolute compliance with all policies and procedures and ALO daily practice check lists. Support Operations Supervisor in maintaining an extremely well organized stock rom giving ease of access to all merchandise for seamless customer service.
Alo Yoga at the Grove is seeking a candidate with proven record of providing excellent customer service & leadership to join our team. Previous retail experience is required, experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment is preferred.
