 We are currently seeking Full-time candidates to join our Customer Support team in the city of Glendale.

Experience is a plus but not required, we are willing to train the right candidate.

We are a 24/7 Inbound call center, various schedules are currently available.

We are seeking a candidate responsible for answering inquiries of merchants in a fast-paced environment. The representative must ensure the satisfaction of the merchant while enhancing the reputation of the company.

Skills and qualifications needed, but not limited to, include;

• Tech Savvy - Knowledgable with Cellular phones and tablets

• Maintain call center database

• Updates job knowledge and security by participating in educational opportunities provided by the company

• Must be customer focused

• Excellent listening, verbal communication and telephone skills

• Excellent people skills

• Excellent Multi-tasking and Problem-solving traits

• Must have the ability to resolve merchant’s problems by clarifying issues over the phone while researching and exploring answers, alternative solutions and implementing solutions.
