Bottega Louie has openings for Line Cooks who are experienced in being the lead cook in a high volume restaurant, ensuring standards are consistently met, and acting as a mentor to teammates.  Candidates should be reliable, timely, consistent, organized, a team player, able to energize and motivate.  A commitment to serving the highest quality food and mindfulness of presentation at all times is essential.  The ability to give and receive feedback is necessary.  A willingness to learn will help open doors to future opportunities, growth, and development. 

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE 

  • You have at least two (2) years of experience in a similar position, ideally in high volume kitchens with technical Culinary skills. 
  • You are a well versed, dedicated, and technical with the ability to effectively manage and execute in a fast paced culinary environment consistently. 
  • You exhibit a helpful, supportive communication style and are collaborative within a structured job environment. 
  • You are comfortable in a training and leadership role that encourages growth for all team members.
  • Must have Serve Safe California Food Handlers Certification
  • Must be able to work weekends & holidays
