Room Service Attendant

 Take Room Service Orders from hotel guests. Place orders with the kitchen, proper set up of trays according to orders and deliver to guest rooms in a timely manner. Additionally responsible for the set up and delivery of all guest amenity orders.

 Requirements:

 Ability to deliver food and beverages to all guest rooms in a timely, friendly and professional manner.

  • Excellent telephone etiquette and computer skills are important.
  • Previous experience with point of sale Micros system is a plus.
  • Must be able to prioritize daily tasks and work in a fast pace environment.
  • Maintain a positive attitude at all times.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and recording guest orders.
  • Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service while obtaining orders.
  • Cleaning, stocking and daily inventory of all products pertaining to room service.
  • Operating Micros computer system.
  • Must maintain knowledge of all menus and all Food and Beverage services offered by the hotel.
