 Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for scheduling services with clients over the phone and managing documents, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Essential Duties:

  • Maintain a working knowledge of Federal and State regulations
  • Schedule tests and services according to client specifications.
  • Interact with vendors to help resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Data entery and upload documents as necessary.
  • Inform clients of the status of scheduled appointments.
  • Answer and redirect calls as necessary.
  • Document concise notes in FSSolutions systems and databases.
  • Work with clinics and labs to track results of pre-employment drug tests.
  • Communicate updates to clients in an effective and timely manner
  • Other responsibilities and duties, as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D required
  • At least 1 year of call center experience
  • Strong data entry experience

Competencies Needed:

  • Strong oral, written and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment and prioritize workload to avoid distractions
  • Sound judgment, decision making and problem analysis skills.
  • Ability to work independently or within a group setting and with or without direct supervision.
  • Effective planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work within a suite of computer applications.
