  • You uphold all Alfred values and ensure your team is abiding by company policies and procedures. You ensure consistent amazing guest service and the regulars know you on a first name basis. As the Tea Room Manager you oversee product inventory, ordering, hiring, employee training, employee development, scheduling, product quality, customer communication and safe work practices.
  • 2-3 years of retail management experience is required

    ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification preferred
