Responsible for the preparation and execution of food items at a given kitchen station – Grill, Sauté, Garde Manger. Responsible for preparation and execution of all food items at any given station. Ensures consistency in following recipes and direction. Reports to work promptly with proper tolls and a clean uniform. Responsible for leaving station prepped and clean for the next shift.

  • 1 Year experience in High volume kitchen
  • Exceptional cooking and knife skills
  • Able to work and focus in a fast paced environment
