Our Customer Service Representative with speak directly with existing clients on behalf of the company and be the first contact via phone and email.
They are equipped with knowledge about the benefits of working with our brand! Customer Service Representatives will be able to have meaningful conversations with clients trouble shoot concerns and answer questions.
Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Speak directly with customers on behalf of clients
- Build rapport with potential customers to secure repeat business
- Attend Client at their office space meetings once a month
- Answering customer calls and actively listening to identify their issue
- Attend all video conference group meetings to learn best practices for speaking about clients
- Ability to trouble shoot concerns and answers questions to satisfy clients
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management, customers, and clients
- Enjoy activate engaging team members to generate the best results
Qualifications our Customer Service Representative would have:
- Previous customer service or sales is helpful
- Above average communication skills are needed
- Paid training is provided
- Quiet working area away from distractions
- Must be able to working independently and get the job done
