-Answering the telephone for take-out & catering orders, booking reservations, and any questions regarding menu and/or restaurant with a positive, friendly attitude.
-Monitoring the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables and moving tables together to accommodate large parties.
-Estimating wait times for guests.
-Monitoring the guest waiting list and ensuring that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting.
-Expediting take-out and catering orders.
-Rolling silverware, cleaning menus, organized & clean station.
-Complete knowledge of all menu, take-out, catering, dine in, happy hour, wine list, etc.
