CHOCOLATIER position requires 2 years professional experience in the following: truffles, molding, tempering, hand-dipping, filled and cut ganache, caramels, and other confections. Attention to detail is essential. Pastry experience a plus. FULL TIME.

VALERIE CONFECTIONS is a local, family-owned sweet shop, located just South of Silver Lake. We also own and operate two cafes - VALERIE AT GRAND CENTRAL MARKET, a Bakery & Coffee Shop in Downtown Los Angeles, and VALERIE ECHO PARK, a Bakery & Tea House in Echo Park. Both of our cafe locations serve breakfast and lunch, as well as our pastries, chocolates, cakes, and other specialty items. Our products are also available at select retail partners, both locally and nationally.
