The Broken Yolk Café is a Breakfast & Lunch concept that started in San Diego in 1979. We have several franchised locations throughout southern and central California, Arizona, Florida and Illinois. Now we are coming to La Verne! We are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic people to join our team and grow with us.

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to open our new location.

Candidates must have the following minimum qualifications:

  • Be able to lift, bend, and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Stay standing for the majority of the 8 hour shift

Primary duties are as follows:

  • Clean and wash all dishes, silverware, plateware, and kitchen equipment
  • Cleaning duties throughout the restaurant to maintain kitchen cleanliness
  • Breakdown food orders and delivery boxes as needed
