We are looking to add to our team of creative individuals with solid managerial experience. The ideal candidate is, quick on their feet, motivated, and a self-starter. Most of all, we want people who know how to have fun, and work hard.

We’re looking for the following skills and experience:

1+ year proven work history as manager.

Experience in food and beverage operations.

Ability to lead a team of 10 or more staff. 

Knowledge of Google docs, sheets, suite, and drive.

Ordering and keeping inventory. 

Job duties include:


-Ordering stock and supplies

-Establishing minimum pars

-Taking or delegating weekly inventory to be recorded.

-Consolidating product and enforcing “FIFO” policy.

Manage Staff

-Being available and personally briefed in an order to accommodate any and all staff questions.

-Setting guidelines for the training of new staff.

-Overseeing operations and tasks.

Product Knowledge

-Educating self on product knowledge of all ingredients used, forecasting the interaction of ingredients to other ingredients, understanding shelf life and optimal preservation of said ingredients. 

-Quality control and overseeing all items produced. 

Schedule Writing

-Monitoring labor costs. 

-Complying with staff’s preferred availability.

-Strategizing to ensure that each individual is receiving minimum number of hours needed.

Store Operations

-Periodically analyzing the flow of all in store operations as well as prep operations.

-Ensuring each individual staff member is able to execute and made aware of expectations.

-Making changes as necessary.
