We are a high volume high, paced restaurant, from scratch Italian Restaurant in need of a multi-skilled line cook. We are looking for someone 2-3 days a week. 1 grill shift on Thursday night and one Garde Manger shift on Sunday night, maybe Saturday as well (TBD). Both stations are almost equally challenging, for different reasons. The Garde Manger stations has easy pick-ups at a very high volume, it's a fun station to work. We are looking for someone with experience in a high volume kitchen (we do 200-300+ covers a night all week), self-starter, eager to learn, and a passion for food.
The position is part time for now, but there is potential for more shifts.
