Financial - Technology company in Glendale looking to hire Full-Time and Part-Time employees for our Customer Support Department.
Responsibilities and expectations include, but not limited to;
- Provide superior service via-phone, e-mail and electronic tickets.
- Answering inquiries for merchants.
- Resolve products and service issues, in a timely matter.
- Follow-up with customer requests.
- Provide support for mobile applications.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate and apply problem-solving skills
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
We are open 24/7 and currently hiring for multiple shifts.
No experience necessary. Training will be provided to you as a tool to strengthen and assure daily successful service.
