Financial - Technology company in Glendale looking to hire Full-Time and Part-Time employees for our Customer Support Department.

Responsibilities and expectations include, but not limited to;

  • Provide superior service via-phone, e-mail and electronic tickets.
  • Answering inquiries for merchants.
  • Resolve products and service issues, in a timely matter.
  • Follow-up with customer requests.
  • Provide support for mobile applications.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate and apply problem-solving skills
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment

We are open 24/7 and currently hiring for multiple shifts.

No experience necessary. Training will be provided to you as a tool to strengthen and assure daily successful service.
