The HR Department at The Peninsula Beverly Hills is looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant to work evenings and weekends to assist with administrative work flow and special projects. 

Some of the duties of this position are as follows:

  • Filing - Maintaining employee files
  • Maintaining the HR Social Media pages
  • Mandatory mailings
  • Preparation of HR packages for new hires and HR presentations

The ideal candidate would have the following:

  • Flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends
  • Microsoft office experience (Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook)
  • Organized and reliable
  • Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks with efficiency
  • Office Assistant experience needed
  • Human Resources experience a plus
