Full Service Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner restaurant in Beverly Hills, CA is looking for one Head Chef to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged.
- Train and develop kitchen staff to company standards
- Create specials and menus in accordance with business needs
- Anticipate ingredient needs and order accordingly keeping with budget and food cost
- Organize kitchen staff schedule within budget and according to business needs
- Ensure a productive kitchen flow that upholds business standards
- Experience working as a sous chef or chef
- High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines
- Able to delegate tasks effectively and assist when needed
- Adaptable to high traffic and kitchen volume
- Must be fluent in Spanish and Englis
