The RESERVATIONIST/OFFICE ADMIN will be instrumental in servicing our guests via phone, obtaining key reservation information, and appropriately communicating with our service team. This position will work under the office manager and provide administrative support to our operations team.
Essential Functions: Must be willing and able to:
Book reservations in a manner that optimizes the seating of the restaurant, maintains the highest level of guest service, and that ensures a personalized and enjoyable experience for each and every guest
Accurately enter all of guest's information into Opentable, and constantly update guest's profiles
Confirm reservations each and every reservation prior to service
Collect and forward any group dining or private dining inquiries
Prepare and distribute daily reservation reports to culinary and restaurant leadership
Assist in the management of office supplies
Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks

Maintain clean and orderly work area throughout shift and leave it ready for the following shift
Acquire and wear appropriate uniform as prescribed in the training manual
Maintain and clean uniform
Maintain a well-manicured appearance and persona that reflects the established image of the restaurant
Read and be accountable for the information in the Echo and Rig employee handbook
1+ Year previous administrative or hospitality experience strongly preferred
Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
Past experience with opentable and multi-line phone system desireable
Must be willing and able to:

Collaborate and contribute to a diverse service team.
Communicate effectively in both written and verbal communication
Handle multiple priorities and tasks while under pressure.
Exceptional phone and Email etiquette
Proficient Typing Skills (50 Words Per Minute Minimum)
Basic Knowledge of Open Table is beneficial
