The position will ensure that all dishes, pots, utensils and other restaurant tableware are clean and sanitized to expectation. In addition, the Dishwasher holds substantial prep cleaning and sanitation duties. It is essential that the Dishwasher maintain kitchen work areas, restaurant equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition. The role of the Dishwasher must also complete daily basic prep assignments in a timely manner. The dishwasher reports to kitchen management and the Executive Chef.
