Bettina, a new restaurant opening this fall in the Montecito Country Mart in Santa Barbara, is now accepting applications for an AM Sous Chef. Bettina will be serving naturally-leavened wood-fired pizzas and market-driven small plates from our full-service restaurant. Our menu changes seasonally and we're committed to serving simple food that's easy to share, goes well with a cocktail, and makes our guests happy. We will be open for lunch and dinner, 7 days a week.

We are looking for new team members with a love food, who take pride in their work and have solid kitchen fundamentals. At Bettina we are serious about working hard, and also about having fun and maintaining a positive work environment. We enjoy working with open-minded people who are willing to learn and have something to contribute to the mission. For the right candidate, this is a long-term position with opportunities for growth.
