Wedgewood is hiring a Lead Banquet Cook

We have opened a seasonal, new property that is being serviced by our Littleton location. We are hiring Cooks who will help us set-up our new venue. You will start and end your day in Littleton but will be bringing food to our Pine, Colorado location. Lots of amazing culinary/equipment projects!

The Lead Banquet Cook participates in the food preparation for our wedding receptions and special events. We are open seven days a week, and we have both daytime and evening shifts.

As a Lead Banquet Cook you will assist the chef in food preparation, be responsible for the transportation of food to the venue, and interact with servers and staff to execute a flawless event to clients’ specifications. Duties also include tracking inventory and maintaining the facility. This position requires well-honed attention to detail, a drive for success, and pride in taking care of our guests and exceeding their expectations.

Compensation is $17 per hour plus bonus. This is a seasonal position for April through mid-November.

Flexible, reliable and self-driven individuals are the highest priority and will go to the front of the line.

Remember, we work when our clients and guests play, so weekend, evening and holiday availability is mandatory.

Wedgewood Banquet Cooks have:
